History
The Ovaltine Factory was abandoned some time during the 20th century (most likely during the 1960s). In the late 70s and early 80s, the factory had become a popular hangout for teenagers looking to party. During this time, it was also used by the homeless and satanic worship rituals for occult groups.
Both the homeless and party-goers in the later years reported strange occurences, cold spots, and the feeling of being watched and followed. As of 2004, the factory was transformed into luxury condominiums, which are haunted as well. Flashing lights, footsteps on the roof, and screams are just some of the activity experienced. In general, people move out shortly after moving in.

I used to live there! This creeps me out because I was living on the highest level and id hear running above me. My mother went to grab the rest of my belongings with my aunt and they heard a huge bang in the laundry closet and they said that a bunch of my clothes wer laying on top of the washer all molded and smelly. I cleaned out the entire laundry closet. I got hospitalized, thankfully the “ghost” reminded that I had some stuff left! My uncle also reported (without me telling him about this place being haunted) that he heard a snarl. I wasn’t there to witness it but I believe him.
It is always creepy to have an experience in a place you didn’t know was haunted (or if you didn’t believe in ghosts), and then you find out it is haunted and everything you’ve been through now has an explanation. Thanks for sharing your story with us, Anna!
